*The points acquired are calculated on the total including VAT in euros of the order (excluding shipping costs). Our loyalty program is reserved for our private customers who have opened an account on our official website (the program is not extended to our physical stores, our distributors or other professionals). Your loyalty points account will be credited automatically as soon as your order is shipped. In the event of cancellation or refund of your order, your loyalty account will be updated. You can check your points balance by logging into your account, in the "My points and rewards" section. Once you have agreed to receive electronic communications from the Le Club Alexandre de Paris program, information on your loyalty point balance will be sent to you by email. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months. Your loyalty points expire without notice and without the possibility of restoring or transferring them. You will receive a reminder email a few days before your loyalty points expire.
Points are not convertible in any currency or transferable to a third party. You cannot therefore : • Ask for any refund or repayment of these points, partially or totally, via credit note or any other mean, in any currency. • Offer points, nor accumulate them between several customer accounts that you have created.
The discount applicable to the loyalty program cannot be combined with the other discounts on the site. When you use your loyalty points on an order, you do not earn points on the order placed with those loyalty points. Alexandre de Paris reserves the right to modify the conditions of the loyalty program at any time.
(1) Earn +60 points when creating your account.
(2) Earn points for your purchases including VAT in euros (excluding shipping costs) +60 additional points if your purchase amount is between € 250 and € 349 including VAT.
(3) Earn points for your purchases including VAT in euros (excluding shipping costs) +100 additional points if your purchase amount is between € 350 and € 499 including VAT.
(4) Earn points for your purchases including VAT in euros (excluding shipping costs) +150 additional points if your purchase amount is greater than or equal to € 500 including VAT.
(5) Earn points for your purchases including VAT in euros (excluding shipping costs) + 60 additional points by sponsoring, as soon as the sponsored child makes a purchase of at least € 50 including VAT. The points will be automatically credited as soon as your referral's order is shipped.
